Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Go High Level (GHL) Expert to join our team and manage all aspects of the platform for our business. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in setting up, managing, and optimizing Go High Level for lead generation, client management, and automation, while adhering to U.S. compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Setup & Configuration:

  • Customize and configure Go High Level (GHL) to meet business objectives, including pipelines, workflows, and campaigns.
  • Integrate third-party tools and APIs as required.
  • Create landing pages, funnels, and automated sequences tailored to our goals.

Platform Management:

  • Monitor and manage GHL operations to ensure smooth functionality.
  • Regularly update workflows, automations, and campaigns to optimize performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the platform in a timely manner.

Compliance & Security:

  • Ensure all setup and operations comply with U.S. standards, including privacy laws like TCPA, and CAN-SPAM Act (if applicable).
  • Implement and maintain security protocols for data protection and regulatory compliance.

Training & Support:

  • Provide training and guidance to internal teams on using GHL effectively.
  • Create documentation for processes, workflows, and best practices.

Performance Optimization:

  • Analyze platform data and create reports to measure campaign success.
  • Continuously optimize funnels, email campaigns, and SMS automations for maximum efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working with Go High Level (GHL), including setup, customization, and management.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. compliance standards (TCPA, CAN-SPAM).
  • Proficiency in automation, workflows, and CRM tools.
  • Experience with lead generation, marketing automation, and client relationship management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

  • Familiarity with API integrations and advanced GHL features including Zapier.
  • Experience working with marketing agencies or similar industries.
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools to enhance landing pages and email templates.
  • Systems Engineer/Developer
