Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Metro Manila as a Customer Support Specialist. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, delivering excellent service, resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. As a key contact for customers, the Specialist will provide high-quality support and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills for effective communication and relationship-building
- Experience in Technical Support, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Analytical Skills to identify trends, evaluate information, and problem-solve efficiently
- Proficiency in time management and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
