About the Role

We're looking for a Creative & Marketing Operations Specialist who can combine creativity, strategy, and technical know-how to bring our brand to life.

This role is ideal for someone who's hands-on with graphic design, video editing, and website management while also being skilled in WordPress and Go High Level (GHL) for landing pages, funnels, and campaigns. You'll collaborate with the Operations team to keep marketing initiatives organized, on-brand, and on schedule.

Primary Responsibilities

Creative Design & Content

  • Design engaging graphics for events, rebranding, and marketing campaigns

  • Edit short-form videos for social media, events, and podcast content

  • Maintain brand consistency across all creative materials

Website & Funnel Management

  • Update and maintain website pages in WordPress

  • Build and optimize landing pages, funnels, and lead magnets in Go High Level (GHL)

  • Ensure site and campaign assets align with marketing goals

Digital Marketing Execution

  • Draft, edit, and send email and SMS campaigns

  • Upload and manage podcast episodes, show notes, and related content

  • Post blogs, newsletters, and announcements across web and social channels

Operational Support

  • Coordinate with the Operations team for timelines and deliverables

  • Track project progress and ensure timely completion of marketing tasks

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in graphic design and video editing
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress and Go High Level (GHL)
  • Strong writing and editing skills for marketing content
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, Mailchimp, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and project coordination skills
Nice to Have
  • Experience managing podcasts or content publishing
  • Knowledge of SEO and blog optimization
  • Background in event marketing or creative production
