Overview

We are seeking driven and dynamic Call Center Agents who are eager to grow their careers in Sales or Business Development. This role is ideal for someone who is street-smart, ambitious, and thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. You'll work closely with our sales team, connecting with prospects, identifying opportunities, and contributing directly to our business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers and leads.
  • Deliver clear, confident, and persuasive communication to engage potential clients.
  • Research prospects and gather relevant market intelligence using internet tools.
  • Identify and qualify leads for follow-up by the sales or business development team.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and outcomes in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support pipeline development and growth.

What We're Looking For

  • Street-smart, adaptable, and quick to learn new concepts.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily.
  • Internet-savvy with strong research capabilities.
  • Ambition to grow into a sales or business development role.
  • Preferred: Prior experience in inside sales for the North American market.
  • Experience in a call center or outbound sales environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is an advantage.
