Work setup & shift: (Onsite during the training period of 100 days, Hybrid after) | Night Shift

Your Role:
As a Virtual Call Agent, you will:
-
Answering incoming phone calls from new patients promptly and professionally
-
Providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively
-
Assisting patients with scheduling appointments and providing necessary information
-
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient interactions
-
Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless and cohesive customer experience
-
Multitasking efficiently to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining quality service

Make outbound calls from clients' web leads

Learn how to run the front desk for multiple client offices:
-
Through training attain high proficiency in navigating and scheduling in multiple practice management systems such as Dolphin, Cloud9, topsOrtho, CS OrthoTrac, Ortho2 Edge, Greyfinch, Open Dental, DSN, Wave Ortho, Dentrix Ascend, and other emerging softwares.

Through training attain high proficiency in navigating and using various miscellaneous softwares such as: M365 suite, Citrix Workspace, Nextiva One, Nextiva Unity, and other software.

Through training attain high proficiency in navigating and using various VoIP systems such as: Weave, OrthoFi, Asana, Podium, Nexhealth.
What You Need:

Proficient in: Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, OneNote, and Zoom.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
