Sales Agent (Inbound & Outbound Sales)

Location: Eastwood Libis, Quezon City (Work From Home | Night Shift)

Now, we're looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to join our team and be part of that journey.

What You'll Do

As a Sales Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for tradies interested in joining hipages. Your role is to:

  • Follow up on inbound enquiries and make outbound calls to potential tradie partners
  • Clearly explain the benefits of the hipages platform and how it helps them win more customers
  • Handle objections with professionalism and confidence
  • Close sales and sign up new members
  • Consistently meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets
  • Record all client interactions in the CRM for accuracy and follow-up
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of sales experience (phone-based sales experience strongly preferred)
  • Experience working to sales targets and KPIs
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Resilience, drive, and the ability to thrive under pressure
  • Commercial acumen and a genuine interest in helping tradies grow their businesses
