Key Responsibilities

• Prospecting & Sales:Conducting cold calls from a phone directory to sell products/services or soliciting donations, and converting inquiries into sales.
• Customer Interaction:Engaging with potential and existing customers, answering questions, and providing detailed information about products or services.
• Sales Pitching:Using sales scripts to present product features and benefits, persuading customers by explaining how products/services meet their needs.
• Data Management:Accurately recording customer information and sales data into a computer system or database.
• Problem-Solving:Addressing customer complaints, doubts, or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain the company's reputation.
• Goal Achievement:Working to meet and exceed sales quotas and facilitate future sales.
• Relationship Building:Building relationships with customers by sharing information and following up on leads.
