JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management and/or equivalent course.
  • Preferably with 1 year of sales or client facing experience; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Has great communication and negotiation skills.
  • Having experience in medical/ healthcare is an advantage but not required.
  • Willing to work on-site in BGC, Taguig.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Coordinate and manage patient appointments for evaluations, consultations, follow-

ups, and medical procedures.


• Serve as a liaison between patients, doctors, and the sales/clinical team to ensure

smooth scheduling and accurate communication.


• Maintain regular contact and build long-term relationships with patients to ensure

they receive consistent, high-quality care and support


• Provide patients with general information and reminders about procedures, pre- and

post-care instructions in line with established protocols, as well as available services.


• Accurately update and maintain patient records through the Patient Management

System, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.


• Assist in coordinating diagnostic results, follow-up care, and referrals as needed to

streamline the patient journey.


• Recommend and implement ideas to improve patient experience, clinic efficiency, and

overall service quality.


• Support administrative tasks such as handling inquiries, coordinating with internal

departments, and managing patient documentation.


• Ensure clinic compliance with health and safety standards by reporting issues and

maintaining orderly patient flow.


• Perform other responsibilities that may be assigned by management relevant to the

position.
