Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the end-to-end process of collecting records and associated for the individual case. Medical Records Specialist is the primary point of contact between the insurance, US-based medical facilities, and our own Home Health Facilities based in the US.
  • Outbound call will be made to Medical facilities that will assist in the retrieval of individual medical records.
  • The position requires detail-oriented and self-organized employees with the ability to finish tasks and follow-up both long-standing requirements and recent requests.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Medical Course
  • Preferably with experience in a Healthcare account or Insurance
  • Able to set goals and finish them within the time allotted
  • Able to prioritize multiple duties and multi-task
  • Ability to work with a fast-paced, flexible, team environment
  • General working knowledge of search engines and internet research
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Customer Service oriented
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
  • Tech Savvy, Proficient in reporting tools such as Excel, Microsoft Office
  • Willing to work graveyard shift (Monday to Friday)
  • Preferably 1-2 years experienced employee specializing in Customer
  • Service or equivalent
  • Willing to work on night shifts and Onsite Office base in McKinley Taguig City

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
