THE OPPORTUNITY

Our partner, a prominent U.S.-based company with over three decades of expertise across the legal and insurance sectors, specializing in medical and insurance support services - is looking to expand their team in the Philippines.

They are looking for a Medical Scheduling Administrator to join their team and play a key role in scheduling and coordinating appointments with physicians using internal systems, physician portals, and direct communication with doctors' offices.

This role requires daily onsite presence at our BGC Taguig office, working US Eastern Time hours from 8:30pm to 5:30am PHT.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Schedule exams using the system database, doctor portals, and phone communication with physician offices.
  • Confirm appointment details, including dates and times, with physicians' offices.
  • Offer scheduling assistance to other offices when needed.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and data entry of all scheduling activities.
  • Coordinate necessary ancillary services as required.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 2 years of experience in voice or administrative support, preferably in the medical or healthcare field.
  • Skilled in managing high call volumes and providing efficient administrative assistance.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and familiar with PDF/TIFF formats, file extensions, and general internet navigation.
