Join our team as a Medical Virtual Scribe and work directly with U.S. physicians to elevate patient care documentation. This is a vital, fast-paced role where you will be remotely connected to the medical examination room, playing a crucial part in the administrative and clinical workflow. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain immersive experience in the practice of medicine in the U.S. healthcare system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Real-Time Documentation: Document the patient's medical history, physical examination findings, treatment plans, and doctor-patient dialogue into the Electronic Health Record (EHR) during the medical encounter.
  • Information Management: Ensure all necessary diagnostic test results, imaging reports, and relevant external records are present and correctly charted prior to and during the visit.
  • Medication Coordination: Accurately process and confirm that prescriptions are electronically filled and sent to the correct pharmacy.
  • Quality Assurance & Compliance: Proactively monitor the encounter for completeness. Alert the physician to any missing or incomplete information required for accurate diagnosis, proper billing (coding), and compliant medical record-keeping.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education: Graduate of any Medical Allied Course (e.g., Nursing, Physical Therapy, Medical Technology, etc.).
  • Typing & Data Entry: Proven ability to type quickly and accurately (a minimum WPM requirement is often included here, if applicable, e.g., 50 WPM).
  • Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, with superb active listening skills to capture complex medical dialogue in real-time.
  • Technical Proficiency: Computer savvy, proficient in MS Office applications, and comfortable using technical communication equipment and navigating Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
  • Work Arrangement: Willingness to work on-site at our office location in McKinley West, Taguig City.
