JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management and/or equivalent course.
  • Preferably with client facing experience; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Has great communication and negotiation skills.
  • Having experience in medical/ healthcare is an advantage but not required.
  • Willing to work on-site in BGC, Taguig.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Guide patients through their care in-clinic journey by assisting with scheduling consultations, follow-ups, and medical procedures.
  • Act as a dedicated point of contact between patients, medical teams, and the administrative team to ensure clear and timely onsite communication.
  • Provide personalized support by maintaining regular contact with patients, addressing their concerns, and helping them feel confident and informed about their care.
  • Educate patients on procedures, pre- and post-care instructions, available services, and clinic standards to empower them in making informed health decisions.
  • Coordinate diagnostic results, referrals, and follow-up care to reduce delays, and create a seamless patient experience.
  • Advocate for patient needs by identifying gaps in care, streamlining processes, and suggesting improvements to enhance both patient experience and clinic efficiency.
  • Support clinic operations by responding to patient inquiries, collaborating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth documentation and workflow.
  • Promote a safe and supportive care environment by monitoring patient flow, reporting safety concerns, and ensuring compliance with clinic standards.
  • Monitor patient flow, procedures, and follow-ups to make sure care is timely and complete.
  • Track daily patient numbers, doctor consults, procedures, and readings for proper reporting and accountability.
  • Ensure clinic workflows are followed and assist in resolving bottlenecks to maintain efficiency.
  • Provide guidance and support to fellow staff to keep service standards consistent.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management relevant to the position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
