Project Management Assistant

Job Summary
The Project Management Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Project Manager to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, organizing, and coordinating project activities
- Prepare project documents, reports, and presentations
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Communicate project updates to team members and stakeholders
- Maintain project files, records, and documentation
- Assist in monitoring project budgets and expenses
- Support risk management and issue tracking
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in project coordination or administrative support is an advantage
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
