About the role

CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP. is seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our team in Makati City Metro Manila on a full-time basis. In this pivotal role, you will provide crucial support to the Project Manager, contributing to the successful delivery of complex projects that are vital to our client's business objectives.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist the Project Manager in planning, organizing, and coordinating project activities to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to the Project Manager and key stakeholders
  • Support the development and implementation of project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams, including design, construction, and client representatives, to facilitate effective communication and collaboration
  • Identify and help resolve project issues and risks in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and action items
  • Provide administrative support, such as scheduling meetings and managing project files

What we're looking for

  • 3-5 years of experience in a project management or assistant project management role, preferably in the engineering or construction industry
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Proficient in project management software, such as MS Project, and Microsoft Office suite
  • A problem-solving mindset and the ability to think critically to identify and address project challenges
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field
