Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Facilities Manager located in Manila at Puregold Price Club, Inc. The Facilities Manager will oversee the maintenance and operation of all physical assets and facilities within Puregold's locations. Responsibilities include managing maintenance staff, ensuring facility compliance with regulations, developing maintenance plans, and overseeing budgets related to facility management.

Qualifications

  • Facilities management, property management, and building maintenance experience
  • Knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Technical skills in HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and general construction
  • Experience in retail or commercial property management is a plus
  • Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred
