JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Store Special Projects

  • Report directly to Facilities Management Junior Manager.
  • Oversee the whole activity of the Facilities Management Special Project group.
  • Prepares documents for special project implementation.
  • Prepares construction timeline.
  • Report updates in relation to the Special Projects handled.

Store Electrical Works

  • Report directly to Senior Facilities Supervisor and Facilities Management Junior Manager.
  • Oversee Electrical Works and Concerns
  • Monitors Bulb Request for all stores.
  • Report updates in relation Electrical Concerns.
  • Facilitates Scheduled Electrical PM.

Store Civil Works

  • Report directly to Senior Facilities Supervisor and Facilities Management Junior Manager.
  • Oversee Civil Works Concerns for operations.
  • Prepares documents in facilitating repair works, from quotation to actual schedule of works
  • Report updates in relation Civil Works concerns.

*Note: Other duties related to the responsibilities and output of the position but not included in this document may be assigned by the immediate superior.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Work is often performed in a typical interior/office work environment.
  • Willing to work with shifting schedule.
  • Physical effort required from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • EDUCATION REQUIRED

College or University graduate of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Preferably a licensed engineer.

  • EXPERIENCE

At least 1 year experience in any related construction management job, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ATTITUDE

  • Knowledge of building construction processes and procedures, equipment, tools and materials.
  • Have a sound understanding of the contracting procedures/process.
  • Must have advance knowledge in all Microsoft Office Applications and automated computer-aided design (CAD) and building information modeling (BIM) software.
  • Excellent coaching and teamwork skills.
  • Construction management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good analytical skills and with a keen eye to details.
  • Design focused and results driven.
  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships with others both internally and externally.
