*Facilities Maintenance & Operations*

  • Oversee daily operations of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections and address maintenance and repair needs promptly.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
  • Manage facilities, create work orders, and ensure timely resolution.

*Vendor & Contract Management*

  • Select, negotiate, and manage vendor contracts for services like maintenance, cleaning.
  • Monitor vendor performance to ensure quality service and adherence to SLAs.
  • Coordinate with contractors for special projects, repairs, or improvements.

*Safety & Compliance*

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Conduct safety drills, inspections, and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Manage emergency preparedness, including fire safety and evacuation plans.

*Budgeting & Cost Management*

  • Prepare and manage the facilities budget, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Oversee procurement of supplies, equipment, and materials needed for operations.

*Client & Visitor Coordination*

  • Coordinate client and VIP office visits, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Address visitor concerns and collaborate with internal teams for smooth logistics.

*Team Leadership*

  • Supervise, train, and support facilities and maintenance personnel.
  • Conduct team meetings, one-on-ones, and performance evaluations.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture through feedback and coaching.
