Facility Management Officer

Location: South Caloocan City

Schedule: Monday to Saturday

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Overview:

We are seeking a competent Facility Management Officer to oversee and manage the daily operations, maintenance, and improvement of company facilities. This role ensures that offices, buildings, and equipment remain safe, functional, and well-maintained. Candidates with a background in Architecture or Engineering are preferred, with knowledge in building systems, preventive maintenance, and facilities management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the upkeep, repair, and improvement of company facilities and infrastructure.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure buildings, utilities, and equipment are safe and fully operational.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers for facility-related projects.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for equipment and systems.
  • Monitor utility usage, promote cost efficiency, and support sustainability initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Prepare reports, proposals, and plans for facility projects or renovations.
  • Assist with office space planning, layouts, and relocation activities.
  • Maintain records of service contracts, maintenance schedules, and facility assets.
  • Provide support during emergency situations or facility-related incidents.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in facilities management, building operations, or maintenance coordination.
  • Strong understanding of building systems, preventive maintenance, and safety standards.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and any facilities management software (if applicable).
  • Capable of working independently, handling multiple tasks, and coordinating with teams and vendors.
  • Physically fit to conduct on-site inspections.
  • Available to start immediately and work in South Caloocan City.
