About the role

The Finance & Payroll Accountant is responsible for managing day-to-day trust account settlements, monthly payroll processing and contractor invoicing across multiple teams within the business. This role requires accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all financial transactions, while providing support to the Finance Manager and broader business operations.

Expected starting salary of PHP 80,000.

Key Responsibilities

Settlements & Sales Trust

  • Receipt daily sales deposits into the trust account

  • Manage weekly marketing payments from Campaign Agent and update Agentbox

  • Reconcile and process settlement and marketing payments

  • Update Agentbox with marketing payments post-settlement

Payroll, Billing & Invoicing

  • Prepare and reconcile all staff and contractor wages and commissions

  • Process timesheets, leave adjustments and prepare casual pay runs

  • Ensure compliance with award rates and payroll accuracy

  • Support the Finance Manager in payroll review and Bank file upload for payments

  • Prepare commission reports and distribute to staff

  • Prepare and reconcile reports for advertising, training, staffing, and settlements

  • Provide contractors with reports for invoicing. Coordinate payment.

Qualifications & Experience

  • At least 3-5 yrs of experience as a Virtual Assistant

  • A bachelor's degree in accounting. CPA Qualified preferred.

  • Preferred experience working with an Australia based Real Estate Agency

  • Experience with processing payroll, preferred Employment Hero platform

  • Strong knowledge of Xero and Microsoft Excel

  • High level accuracy, attention to detail and reconciliation skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25Mbps bandwidth

  • Must have desktop or laptop with latest OS and virus protection
