Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated HR Head to join our team. As the HR Head, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our human resources operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR policies and procedures. This is a senior-level position that requires excellent leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of HR best practices.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives and programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and finalizing job offers.
- Oversee the performance management process, ensuring that employees are effectively evaluated and provided with constructive feedback.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, keeping abreast of changes and implementing necessary updates to HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training and development needs and design and deliver appropriate programs.
- Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and fairness.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and prepare reports as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5-6 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and current employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop innovative HR solutions.
- Proven experience in managing the full recruitment cycle.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency in HRIS, payroll, and other HR software platforms.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
