This is a remote position.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM US Pacific Daylight Time, 20hrs per weekAbout the client: The client owns a professional house/office cleaning business operating in Vancouver, Canada.
Job Description:
- The primary role is to take inbound calls to book in cleaning appointments
- Respond to email inquiries and send quotations based on services to be availed
- Provide pricing and explain the coverage of the services offered
- Arrange bookings
- Send invoices
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills - verbal
- High attention to detail
- Experience working in customer service
- Windows OS Processor: Intel i3 - 6th Generation/Ryzen 5 - 3rd Generation
- Mac OS Processor: Intel i5 - 6th Generation
- RAM: 8GB and up
- Operating System: Windows 10/Catalina and Up Only
- At least 25 Mbps Internet speed
- Permanent work from home
