  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Travel Management, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in the airline, travel agency, or sales sector
  • Hands-on knowledge of GDS (Amadeus and Altea preferred)
  • Skilled in creating PNRs, computing fares, issuing/reissuing tickets, processing refunds, and issuing EMDs
  • Strong communication and customer service skills when handling passengers, travel agents, and clients
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Trustworthy, responsible, and of good moral character
  • Adaptable, capable, and a quick learner
  • Able and willing to conduct sales calls and client visits
  • Skilled in building and maintaining strong professional relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and partners
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks and provide support to sales operations as needed
  • Able to develop sales strategies, identify opportunities, and negotiate competitive fares to expand market reach and increase revenue
