  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Travel Management, or any related field
  • Atleast 1 year experience in the airline, travel agency, or sales industry
  • Proficient in Global Distribution Systems (preferably Amadeus and Altea)
  • Knowledgeable in PNR creation, fare computation, ticket issuance/reissuance, refunds, and EMD processing
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills in dealing with passengers, travel agents, and clients
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Dependable, responsible, and with good moral character
  • Adaptable, capable, and quick to learn
  • Willing to perform sales calls and client visits when needed
  • Skilled in developing and maintaining strong relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and partners
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks and provide support to sales operations as needed
  • Capable of developing sales strategies, identifying new opportunities, and negotiating competitive fares to expand market reach and increase revenue
