Position Overview
The Travel Agency Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the sales team, maximizing bookings, and ensuring the agency achieves its revenue goals. This role requires a balance of strategic planning, people management, and direct sales execution, while maintaining excellent client and partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Targets
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly and annual agency sales goals.
• Oversee sales of domestic and international travel services.
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance to ensure targets are met.
Team Leadership & Training
• Lead, coach, and mentor travel agents to improve closing rates and service delivery.
• Conduct training sessions on sales techniques, customer handling, and travel product updates.
• Motivate the team through recognition, incentives, and performance management.
Client & Partner Relations
• Manage key client accounts, ensuring repeat bookings and strong customer loyalty.
• Build partnerships with airlines, hotels, and tour operators to secure better deals.
• Resolve escalated customer issues in a professional and timely manner.
Reporting & Operations
• Generate and present sales reports to management with insights and recommendations.
• Ensure booking systems, CRM, and reporting tools are updated and accurate.
• Work closely with marketing to align promotions and campaigns with sales objectives.
