Job Summary:

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns—particularly across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram)—to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. This role also manages multi-channel performance marketing initiatives, leveraging data and analytics to maximize ROI and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and other digital channels (Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Develop audience targeting strategies to reach and convert high-value prospects.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, optimizing for conversion rate, cost efficiency, and overall ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop engaging ad materials that align with brand messaging.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation of ad spend.
  • Stay updated on Meta Ads policies, platform changes, and performance marketing trends.
  • Support the overall digital marketing strategy through collaboration with SEO, content, and analytics teams.
  • Identify opportunities for new growth channels and optimization techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and performance marketing.
  • Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Data Studio).
  • Experience in conversion tracking, remarketing, and audience segmentation.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
