Marketing Specialist (Philippines-Based)

Work Type: Full-Time (Remote)

Compensation: $3-$4 (based on experience)

About Us

We're a growing hospitality and entertainment brand based in Houston, Texas — home to Gotti's Restaurant and Gotti TV. We specialize in food, culture, and entertainment — and we're looking for a skilled Marketing & Data Integration Specialist to join our team.

This role will help us connect data from multiple systems, design impactful marketing materials, and execute creative campaigns that drive engagement, bookings, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Data Integration & Analytics

Consolidate customer contact details from multiple platforms (Toast POS, Tock, Eventbrite, OpenTable, PopMenu, etc.) into one CRM or marketing system.

Utilize tracking pixels and UTMs to monitor campaign performance and identify where customers are finding us.

Generate weekly and monthly performance reports showing the success of email, SMS, and social campaigns.

Marketing & Campaign Management

Plan and schedule monthly marketing campaigns (email, SMS, and social media).

Create visually appealing and on-brand graphics for Instagram, Facebook, and email newsletters.

Write short, catchy, and relevant content for promotions, events, and updates.

Coordinate and maintain a marketing calendar with consistent posting and communication.

Creative Design

Design digital assets for social media, newsletters, and in-restaurant screens.

Ensure all graphics match the brand tone (urban, modern, and vibrant).

Collaborate with the U.S. marketing lead to review designs and copy before publishing.

Skills & Qualifications

Strong design ability — must be skilled in Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.Video editing skills (for social reels or ads) are required.

Proficient in email and SMS marketing (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar).

Experience connecting data from CRMs, POS systems, or booking platforms.

Knowledge of pixel tracking, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and UTM tagging.

Excellent English communication and copywriting skills.

Organized, deadline-oriented, and detail-focused.

Ability to work independently and report daily/weekly progress.

Preferred Experience

Background in hospitality, food & beverage, or event-based businesses.

Familiarity with U.S. restaurant marketing or brand promotions.

Experience with marketing automation workflows.
