Email Marketing Specialist (Klaviyo Expert)

About the Client:

It is a vibrant, trend-forward fashion brand dedicated to creating memorable experiences and stylish collections for customers. We are looking for a talented Email Marketing Specialist who can take the client's Klaviyo campaigns to the next level and drive meaningful engagement in the fashion eCommerce space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, creation, and execution of email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo.
  • Craft engaging EDMs, newsletters, product launches, and promotional campaigns that resonate with our fashion-savvy audience.
  • Optimize automated flows, segmentation, and personalization to maximize conversions and customer retention.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve open rates, click-through rates, and revenue.
  • Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to maintain the brand voice across all email communications.
  • Stay ahead of email marketing trends, especially within fashion eCommerce, and implement best practices for deliverability and engagement.

Requirements:

  • Deep expertise in Klaviyo, knowing it inside and out.
  • Proven experience creating, sending, and optimizing email campaigns, newsletters, and automated flows.
  • Experience in fashion or lifestyle eCommerce is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing analytics, segmentation, A/B testing, and automation.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a flair for fashion storytelling.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a passion for results.
