The Opportunity
Uncapped Commission: 10% of first-year contract value on every deal you close
Work Schedule: 4-day work week
Location: Fully remote (Philippines-based)
What We DoWe're a healthcare automation company serving medical practices and laboratories in the US. We have a working product, paying customers, and a solid team.
What we're missing: Someone who can open doors in US healthcare and close deals.
This isn't a corporate job. You'll own growth strategy, have complete autonomy, and get paid extremely well for results. If that's not what you want, stop reading.
The RoleYour job is simple: Close deals.
We sell three product tiers ranging from $15K-$54K+ annual contracts to medical practices, labs, and healthcare organizations across the US.
Year 1 Target: 50-80 customers.
You'll own the entire sales cycle—strategy, outreach, demos, negotiations, and close. No hand-holding. No micromanagement. Just results.
What You'll Actually DoMonth 1-2:
● Build our GTM strategy from the ground up
● Leverage your existing healthcare relationships
● Set up outreach systems and sales processes
Month 3-12:● Execute systematic outreach (warm network + cold prospecting)
● Run demos and close deals across our three pricing tiers
● Build case studies and refine messaging based on what's working
● Scale successful channels, kill what doesn't work
Beyond Year 1:● Hire and manage a team if needed
● Potential equity conversation as company scales
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)5-10 years selling healthcare SaaS or RCM services to US medical practices, labs, or hospitals
Candidates must have previous sales experience with any healthcare SaaS products or platforms serving the US market
Proven track record closing $15K-$100K+ annual contracts
Active network of 50+ contacts in US healthcare (practice administrators, lab directors, decision-makers you can reach out to today)
Candidates must demonstrate their active network of US healthcare contacts through practical examples during the interview process
Experience building or executing GTM strategies (not just following someone else's playbook)
Can hunt when warm leads run out (you know how to open cold doors)
Excellent English (you'll be on calls with US customers daily)
Business fluent English proficiency is required to effectively communicate with US healthcare customers on daily calls
Why This Role is DifferentHigh base + high commission: Most companies do one or the other. We do both.
Real 4-day work week: We care about output, not hours. Hit your numbers however you want.
Full autonomy: You design the strategy. You decide what to test. You tell us what you need. Massive earnings: Close 3 deals/month and you'll make ₱5-8M/year. Close 5/month and you'll make ₱10M+. There's no ceiling.
Bootstrapped means patient: We're not burning VC money with unrealistic targets. We want sustainable, profitable growth.
Compensation Details
Commission: 10% of first-year contract value
● $15K contract = ₱77K commission
● $30K contract = ₱155K commission
● $54K contract = ₱279K commission
Additional bonuses for milestones, upsells, and performance targets (details in interview)
Example scenarios:● Conservative performance: ₱3-5M total Year 1
● Strong performance: ₱6-9M total Year 1
● Top performance: ₱10M+ total Year 1
No cap. The more you close, the more you earn.

Round 2 (60 min): Deep dive - live sales roleplay, present a 90-day GTM plan
