Role Summary:
The Commercial Head will lead the field sales and commercial functions of the organisation in the Philippines, driving growth through effective strategic planning, sales execution and team leadership. This executive role requires exceptional commercial acumen, proven leadership of large teams and strong relationship-building capabilities, especially with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), regulators and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in pharmaceutical sales and operations leadership and an ability to thrive in a cross-cultural, international environment.

Key Requirements:
Proven expertise in branded generics sales with a strong focus on B2C segments
