—the country's first marketing agency focused exclusively on PAGCOR-certified online operators—is looking for a Head of Marketing to lead performance, brand, and communications across our portfolio of fully licensed RMG operators.

Responsibilities


• Lead full-funnel, data-driven marketing strategies across paid, organic, and partner channels to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth


• Scale player acquisition and first-time deposits (FTDs) through targeted campaigns, optimized funnels, affiliate networks, and strategic partnerships


• Manage high-performing teams across creative, media buying, social, KOL, and CRM to deliver impactful campaigns, UI/UX improvements, and branded content with measurable ROI


• Develop and execute a content strategy that positions our affiliate brands as the leading authority on PAGCOR-certified platforms through, SEO, video reviews, and editorial campaigns

Drive consistent brand growth and content leadership across social, owned media, and community channels

Qualifications


•
Proven leadership in digital marketing—preferably in iGaming or other regulated RMG industries


• Track record in scaling acquisition through performance marketing and data-backed decisions


• Deep understanding of ad compliance and platform best practices for all social media channels


• Strong grasp of brand storytelling, campaign execution, and growth strategy


• Must be based in or willing to work hybrid from Metro Manila, with the ability to collaborate globally
