As we rapidly expand, we are seeking a Bookkeeper to support our finance and operations team. This role is critical in ensuring accurate financial records, smooth invoicing, and timely reporting as we scale internationally.

The Role

The Bookkeeper will handle the day-to-day financial administration of the business, working closely with our Business Operations Manager and external accountants. This is a hands-on role covering everything from invoicing and payments to reconciliations and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records for the company.
  • Prepare and send client invoices in line with placement contracts.
  • Track deposits, payments, and outstanding balances.
  • Process staff and contractor expenses.
  • Conduct monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Support payroll preparation for both local and remote staff.
  • Assist with VAT returns, compliance, and liaising with external accountants.
  • Provide regular cash flow and P&L reports to management.
  • Support the Finance & Ops team with ad-hoc financial administration.

Requirements

  • 2+ years bookkeeping or accounting experience (practice or industry).
  • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and reconciliations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  • Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with payroll and contractor payments is an advantage.

Compensation

  • Salary: $6,00 – $1,000(depending on experience).
  • Discretionary performance bonus.
  • Hybrid working flexibility

Pay: Php34, Php57,931.00 per month
