About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR Team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring that the company attracts and hires the best talents for both office and operations-based roles across HMR Group.

As part of the Human Resources Department, you will not only manage recruitment activities but also gain exposure to other HR functions such as employee engagement, training, and performance management, making this a great opportunity to develop a well-rounded HR career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for both rank-and-file and supervisory positions in offices, retail, services and warehouse operations.
  • Coordinate with department heads and site managers to assess manpower requirements.
  • Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment events.
  • Conduct resume assessment, interviews, facilitate scheduling, and endorse qualified candidates for final interviews.
  • Ensure timely processing of pre-employment requirements and onboarding of new hires.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports for HR compliance and DOLE requirements.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives such as job fairs and company hiring campaigns.
  • Support other HR projects related to employee relations, training, and organizational development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in retail, services, or warehouse settings.
  • Familiar with high-volume hiring and field recruitment.
  • Excellent communication, interviewing, and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and any online job portals.
  • A proactive team player with a strong sense of responsibility and urgency.
  • Willing to travel or be assigned to different branches or sites as needed.
