Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Key Account Manager. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing and executing business plans, providing excellent customer service, and analyzing account performance. The role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Account Brand or Principal Management.
  • Strong Analytical Skills and Business Planning abilities
  • Excellent Customer Service skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Work from Home but must be open to travelling locally and overseas.
  • Proficient in the English language.
