About the role
As a Key Account Manager at Knoll Ridges Consultancy, Inc.', you will play a pivotal role in managing and developing strategic relationships with our key clients. This full-time position is based in Metro Manila and will involve providing exceptional account management and driving growth within your portfolio.
What you'll be doing
- Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of strategic accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction
- Identify and capitalise on opportunities to expand business with existing clients through proactive engagement and solution-based consultative selling
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Sales, Delivery and Finance to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs
- Analyse client data and industry trends to uncover insights that inform account strategy and drive growth
- Maintain accurate records and provide detailed reporting on account performance and pipeline
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue targets and deepen client relationships
- Support the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
What we're looking for
- Minimum 4-5 years' experience in a Key Account Management or Senior Sales role, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage strategic client relationships at the C-suite level
- Strong commercial acumen and consultative selling skills, with a track record of growing accounts and achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficient in analysing data and generating insights to inform account strategy
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work to deadlines
- Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred
