Sales Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Executive to drive conference ticket sales and help expand our network of attendees and partners. You will be responsible for selling conference passes, building relationships with professionals and organizations, and ensuring a smooth registration experience for all participants.
This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven salesperson who enjoys engaging with business professionals and thrives in a fast-paced events environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell tickets for local and international conferences via calls, emails, and online campaigns
- Identify and engage potential attendees, sponsors, and corporate partners
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients and delegate lists
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and sales activities using CRM tools
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with the marketing and events teams to support lead generation and promotional campaigns
- Provide excellent customer service and follow-up to ensure positive delegate experiences
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of proven experience in B2B telesales or conference/event ticket sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident phone presence
- Experience selling to professionals or corporate clients (B2B environment preferred)
- Comfortable working with CRM software and sales tracking tools
- Goal-oriented, persuasive, and able to thrive under pressure
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

Compensation and Benefits:
- Basic Salary: ₱25,000–₱30,000 per month + commissions
