Overview

The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and eager to learn, with a passion for digital marketing, brand growth, and customer engagement. This role is perfect for someone starting or early in their marketing career who wants hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels.
  • Support content creation for social media, email, and website (copywriting, graphics coordination, scheduling).
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems and marketing databases.
  • Help organize and coordinate events, trade shows, or webinars.
  • Track, report, and analyze campaign performance metrics (engagement, traffic, conversions).
  • Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and influencers when needed.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing department (meeting notes, project tracking, file organization).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO, email marketing software).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)

  • Experience with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Knowledge of content management systems (WordPress, HubSpot).
  • Basic understanding of paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Prior internship or entry-level experience in a marketing role.
