About the role

As a Human Resource Officer at Mary Roche' Marketing, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment and on-boarding processes for the company's growing team. This full-time position is based in Angeles City, Pampanga, and will play a crucial role in ensuring the company attracts and retains top talent.

What you'll be doing

  1. Managing the end-to-end recruitment life cycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making job offers
  2. Coordinating the on-boarding and orientation of new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the company
  3. Maintaining and updating employee records and HR-related documentation
  4. Assisting with the implementation of HR policies and procedures
  5. Providing support and guidance to managers on HR-related matters
  6. Implementing company policies and updated guidelines to create a balanced working environment

What we're looking for

  1. 2-3 years minimum experience in a human resources or recruitment role
  2. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  4. In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, including recruitment, on-boarding, and employee relations and training
  5. Proficiency in using HR-related software and tools is an advantage.
  6. A collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving
