Job Summary

The Sales and Marketing Assistant will act as a dual-role support:

  • Sales Coordination – assisting the Sales Team in managing client accounts, preparing documents, and ensuring smooth transactions.
  • Digital Marketing – handling online marketing campaigns, social media platforms, and content promotion to strengthen brand presence.

This role is perfect for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and results-driven, with strong initiative and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Coordination:

  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, contracts, and sales reports.
  • Coordinate with clients regarding inquiries, schedules, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain client records and track sales performance.
  • Support the Sales Team in product demos, events, and promotions.

Digital Marketing:

  • Manage and update company social media accounts (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
  • Create engaging content (posts, graphics, short videos) to promote products and company activities.
  • Assist in planning and executing online marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor analytics/engagement and recommend improvements.
  • Research competitors and industry trends to boost digital strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Diligent, proactive, and hardworking with strong initiative.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and basic digital marketing tools .
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Team player, adaptable, and willing to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
