Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Staffing

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end hiring process including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain an updated database of applicants and talent pools for future staffing needs.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify manpower requirements and create job descriptions.
  • Conduct background checks and ensure all hiring documents are properly completed.

Human Resource Management

  • Oversee employee records, attendance, leaves, and benefits administration.
  • Implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with company objectives and labor laws.
  • Manage performance evaluation cycles and provide support to supervisors in performance reviews.
  • Handle employee relations matters including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Support training and professional development initiatives to enhance employee skills and engagement.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics to support management decisions.

Compliance & Organizational Culture

  • Ensure compliance with all government regulations related to labor and employment.
  • Promote company values and contribute to maintaining a positive, professional, and motivating work culture.
  • Participate in HR planning, policy updates, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php45,000.00 per month
