About the Role

Vantage international' is looking for a talented and creative individual to join our dynamic design team as a Creative. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for delivering visually stunning and impactful designs that support our brand and drive customer engagement. Based in our Quezon City office, you will play a vital part in shaping the aesthetic of our retail experience and digital platforms.

What you'll be doing

  1. Conceptualising and executing creative designs for various marketing materials, including social media content, print collateral, in-store displays, and website assets
  2. Collaborating with the marketing and e-commerce teams to understand business objectives and translate them into compelling visual solutions
  3. Staying up-to-date with design trends and industry best practices to continually enhance the visual identity of the Shoppes Manila Inc' brand
  4. Providing creative input and support to the wider design team, contributing to the development of innovative brand concepts
  5. Ensuring all design work adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent, high-quality standard

What we're looking for

  1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a graphic design or creative role, preferably within the retail or e-commerce industry
  2. A strong portfolio demonstrating your expertise in various design disciplines, including digital, print, and branding
  3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools
  4. Excellent visual communication skills, with an eye for detail and a deep understanding of colour, typography, and composition
  5. Ability to translate complex ideas into visually appealing and engaging designs
  6. Collaborative mindset, with a passion for working within a team to achieve shared goals
  7. Adaptability and the ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work
