Since opening its first café in 2003, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf Philippines has been serving premium coffee, tea, and heartfelt hospitality across the country. We believe in creating meaningful connections — with our guests, our communities, and especially our team members.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition / People & Organization Intern (Design & Content) to join our HR team. This role combines creativity with people engagement — perfect for students who want to explore both human resources and creative communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design recruitment and employer branding materials (posters, flyers, digital banners, job post visuals, etc.)

  • Create and edit social media content promoting career opportunities and company culture

  • Assist in planning and executing recruitment campaigns (campus events, career fairs, social media initiatives)

  • Support Talent Acquisition in sourcing, screening, and scheduling applicants when needed

  • Maintain visual consistency across HR communications and internal materials

  • Collaborate with both HR and Marketing teams to bring creative ideas to life

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Multimedia Arts, Communications, or a related field

  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools)

  • Familiar with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about both design and HR practices

  • Willing to work in Makati City or in a hybrid setup
