Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business users, developers, and project managers to understand UAT requirements.
  • Develop and execute UAT test cases and scenarios based on business requirements and functional specifications.
  • Validate AP-related workflows, transactions, and reports within SAP.
  • Identify, document, and track defects or inconsistencies during testing.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations for system improvements.
  • Support end-users during UAT execution and assist in issue resolution.
  • Ensure test results are properly documented and signed off.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in UAT testing, preferably in a finance or shared services environment.
  • Solid understanding of Accounts Payable processes and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP (preferably SAP FI or MM modules).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with test management tools (e.g., HP ALM, JIRA, TestRail).
  • Familiarity with automation testing tools is a plus.
  • Knowledge of other SAP modules or ERP systems is an advantage.
