About the role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Merchandiser to join our dynamic team at ZC KINGS MANPOWER COOPERATIVE'. As a Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products are displayed and presented to the highest standards in our retail outlets across Pasay City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that will allow you to showcase your skills and contribute to the overall success of our company.

What you'll be doing

  • Ensuring all products are correctly stocked, priced, and visually appealing on the shelves
  • Monitoring stock levels and replenishing products as needed to maintain optimal availability
  • Implementing and adhering to our brand guidelines and visual merchandising standards
  • Collaborating with the retail team to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective merchandising strategies
  • Providing excellent customer service and assisting shoppers with product information and recommendations
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on inventory levels, sales, and merchandising activities

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in a merchandising or retail role, preferably within the Retail & Consumer Products industry
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual presentation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Proficient in using technology, such as inventory management systems and point-of-sale software
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • A positive, customer-focused attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile
