About the role

This is a full-time position as a Merchandiser for Kings Manpower Cooperative in Pasay City, Metro Manila. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective visual merchandising and optimisation of product displays in stores across our retail network. Your primary focus will be to drive sales and increase brand visibility through engaging and impactful in-store experiences.

What you'll be doing

  1. Plan, design and execute visually appealing product displays and promotions in line with brand guidelines
  2. Ensure all product shelves, displays and promotional materials are well-stocked, maintained and presentable
  3. Monitor inventory levels and liaise with store management to replenish products as needed
  4. Gather customer feedback and insights to inform recommendations for improving in-store merchandising
  5. Support with seasonal and campaign-specific merchandising initiatives
  6. Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the overall shopping experience

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 6 years experience in retail merchandising or visual merchandising
  2. Strong understanding of retail best practices and visual merchandising principles
  3. Creative flair and an eye for design with the ability to bring brand concepts to life
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with store teams
  5. Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently to tight deadlines
  6. Knowledge of the retail industry and consumer trends in the Retail & Consumer Products sector
