Job Purpose:

The Visual Merchandising Assistant will add value to the organization by supporting the Visual Merchandising Supervisor in developing the store visual plan for new and existing stores.  Ensuring its implementation in coordination with store-based personnel to improve store aesthetics, help meet business goals and enhance customer experience.

Job Description:

  • Assists in creating display guidelines, specifically the space plan and merchandise lay-out of stores.
  • Coordinate with store leaders to ensure adherence to display requirements.
  • Conduct store visits to assess compliance with display standards and report findings.
  • Guide and assist in building in-store displays, especially for new stores.
  • Monitor fixture allocation and assist in allocating merchandising materials and marketing collaterals for new stores.
  • Assist in the launching of new product collections.
  • Participate in merchandising responsibilities that may be assigned by the Visual Merchandising Supervisor or the AVP for Merchandising.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or other Design related course.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel/PPT/Adobe Photoshop
  • Willing to travel for Provincial and Metro Manila solo trips to conduct store visits from time to time.
  • Amenable to work onsite in Pasay City.
