As a Merchandising Assistant, you will provide essential support to the merchandising team at the Head Office. Your Key Responsibilities


• Provide Administrative and Merchandising Support

Assist the Merchandising team in daily operational and administrative requirements such as preparing reports, monitoring product movement, and handling documentation.


• Coordinate with Internal Teams and Vendors

Work closely with buying, logistics, store operations, and external partners to ensure accurate and timely execution of merchandising plans.


• Monitor Product Assortment and Inventory

Track product availability, replenishment, and movement across stores. Help ensure that best-sellers are well-stocked and new items are launched smoothly.


• Maintain Accurate Data and Reports

Prepare and update assortment lists, price files, and product trackers. Ensure information is complete, accurate, and aligned with merchandising calendars.


• Support Promotions and Product Launches

Assist in the preparation of promotional materials, price changes, and product release schedules in coordination with relevant teams.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Proficient in MS Office or Google Suite (especially Excel/Sheets)
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Experience in retail merchandising or admin work is a plus (but not required — training will be provided
