Roving Merchandiser

About the role

Arvin International Marketing Inc. is seeking a talented Roving Merchandiser to join our team. As a Roving Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products are effectively displayed and presented to customers, driving sales and enhancing our brand's visibility.

Job Description:

· Conduct daily field work to meet with customers and to saturate the area assigned

· Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to showcase our products in the best possible light

· Collaborate with store management to optimize product placement and ensure compliance with brand guidelines

· Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed to maintain optimal product availability

· Collect and analyze data on customer preferences, sales trends, and competitor activity to inform merchandising decisions

· Provide exceptional customer service and act as a brand ambassador to our customers

· Maintain accurate records and documentation related to merchandising activities

· Assist with special projects and promotions as required

· Generate Sales reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis

· Other tasks may be assigned from time to time

Job Qualifications:

· Graduate of any Business course or any related Associate course

· With at least 2 years of experience in a merchandising or retail sales role

· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines and visual merchandising standards

· Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering an exceptional shopping experience

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve objectives

· Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

· Has knowledge in using Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

· Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines

· With driving skills (at least motorcycle) with valid Driver's license.
