About the role

Kings Manpower Cooperative is seeking an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Pasay City, Metro Manila. As a full-time Merchandiser, you will play a vital role in ensuring our products are displayed and presented to the highest standard, contributing to the overall success of our retail operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Replenishing and arranging product displays to maintain optimal stock levels and visual appeal
  2. Ensuring products are priced correctly and all relevant branding and promotional materials are in place
  3. Identifying and reporting any stock issues or merchandising challenges to the store management team
  4. Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to implement new product launches and promotional campaigns
  5. Maintaining excellent product knowledge to provide customers with helpful advice and guidance
  6. Adhering to all company policies, procedures and safety standards

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar retail role
  2. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently to tight deadlines
  3. Excellent communication and customer service skills
  4. A collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude
  5. Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and best practices
  6. Familiarity with retail inventory management and stock replenishment
