About us

We are expanding our team and seeking an experienced customer service specialists to support us offshore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Real estate, Property Management, Finance, Customer Service, or a related field, excellent communication skills, English proficiency, and the ability to handle a variety of inquiries efficiently and professionally.

The role

Duo Group is seeking an experienced and drivenspecialiststo work alongside our teams. This is a work-from-home opportunity, and you must be residing in Metro Manila, PH.(WFH).

Remote: Yes

Full-time: Yes

On Offer: freelance agreement (independent)

Deliverable hours: Monday to Friday 5:30 am to 2:30pm, Manila Time (8:30 am to 5:30 pm Sydney Time)

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and build effective sales to identify and secure new business opportunities
  • Conduct client calls and negotiations with confidence and professionalism
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners
  • Collaborate with in-house teams to develop solutions for clients
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service within the sales, real estate or financeindustry
  • Your own computer /home office set up (Windows 11 PC only, Strictly No MacBook's) , ready to go, and have access to a backup power supply (generator) when in a disruption, 2 monitors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate
  • Proficient in using CRM and sales automation tools
