Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Manage email, chat, and other non-voice customer support channels with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and adhere to company policies.
  • Document interactions and update customer records accurately in internal systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless support and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing customer needs.
  • Prior experience in customer service, call center, or support roles is an advantage.
  • Comfortable working in a
