- Manage email, chat, and other non-voice customer support channels with accuracy and timeliness.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues with a solution-oriented approach.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and adhere to company policies.
- Document interactions and update customer records accurately in internal systems.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless support and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing customer needs.
- Prior experience in customer service, call center, or support roles is an advantage.
- Comfortable working in a
